The Ubuntu Group’s Coaching Partners don’t simply provide space for individuals to grow in an area:  we provide a place and space to grow in all areas of life.  Congruent with Holistic Coaching Model our coaches create an environment where one’s professional and personal, interior and exterior, known and yet-to-be seen areas of our lives intersect.

Aim

The intention, aspiration, and ambition of our consulting partners is for you to grow and develop multiple areas of your life that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely.  This understanding of the cultivation of multiple Lines of Development is a distinctive characteristic of our Consulting Partners.

Certification and Training 

​

Each of our Coaching Partners are either certified coaches or in the process of certification by either the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE) as a Board Certified Coach.  As part of the certification process all have completed a series of training courses that are certified by either ICF or CCE.
